Diane Goldstein is a French designer with a passion for the world of Tarot and fashion. The union of these two loves ended up in a kimono line called Monoki.

ABOUT THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS
Monoki´s founder gets her supplies from a karate school, has them dyed, washed, and then embroidered by a craftsman in France. Her kimonos are then embroidered by hand with colored threads, like a signature, which gives them a unique touch.
Also, she makes these pieces be blessed by a Shaman in Big Sur, California. The process ends with Diane attaching to each Kimono a Tarot card on which she writes the interpretation.
There is in Monoki a mixture of Diane's desires and inspirations, the requirement of beautiful embroidered materials, and a touch of mystical spirituality.
