In 1979, Debs Boutique opened its doors in the heart of Sorrento village with a singular, stubborn belief: that women on the Mornington Peninsula deserved access to the most beautiful and forward fashion in the world — not a watered-down version of it, but the real thing.
More than four decades later, that belief hasn't changed.
