RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Online purchases may be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is:
∙ Unworn, unwashed and unaltered
∙ In its original packaging with swing tags attached
∙ (For footwear) returned in an undamaged shoe box, which forms part of the product
For hygiene reasons, swimwear and jewellery cannot be returned. Items returned in a condition different to how they were received will not be accepted. Returns are not accepted for change of mind.
All returns require a Return Authorisation (RA) number obtained prior to sending. Returns received without an RA number will not be accepted. Please include your original invoice with your return.

FULL-PRICED ITEMS
Full-priced items are eligible for an exchange, store credit, or refund to the original payment method, provided they meet the general conditions above and are returned within 7 days.
Once your return is received and approved, please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear.
SALE ITEMS
∙ Items discounted 1–40%: eligible for store credit only (minus a $10 handling fee)
∙ Items discounted over 40%: not eligible for return
∙ Items marked FINAL SALE: cannot be returned under any circumstances
∙ No refunds on any sale items
EXCHANGES
To exchange for a different size, email us for an RA number and return the item within 7 days. Once received and approved, your replacement size will be dispatched. If your required size is unavailable, a store credit or refund (for full-priced items) will be offered.
FAULTY ITEMS
A faulty item is one received with damage or a manufacturing fault that appears within a reasonable time of purchase. General wear and tear is not considered a fault.
Where possible, faulty items will be repaired in line with Australian Consumer Law. If repair is not possible, we will offer a replacement, store credit (valid 12 months), or refund.
Faults must be reported within 14 days of receipt by emailing customercare@debsboutique.com.au for an RA number. Items sent without an RA number or outside this timeframe cannot be accepted.
